Katz Ice Booking Deposit

Important: Your event is not reserved until:

• Your booking deposit has been paid.
• Your Event Reservation Form has been completed.
• You have received a confirmation email from Katz Ice.

After your booking deposit has been received, Katz Ice will email you the Event Reservation Form within 24 hours.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your preferred event date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final event balance once your reservation has been confirmed.

Booking deposits secure your requested event date but do not guarantee availability until your reservation has been reviewed and confirmed by Katz Ice.

Deposit Schedule

• Small Event (Up to 50 Guests): $50
• Medium Event (51–100 Guests): $75
• Large Event (101+ Guests): $100

The booking deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

Booking deposits secure your requested event date. Your reservation is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by Katz Ice.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

• Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may transfer the deposit to a future available date.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to availability. Additional date changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Katz Ice reserves the right to decline bookings that do not comply with these terms.

Reservation Process

1. Pay your booking deposit.
2. Complete the Event Reservation Form.
3. Katz Ice reviews your reservation and confirms availability.
4. Receive your official booking confirmation.
5. Pay the remaining balance at least 7 days before your event.
